  • The Key to Wealth: Mr. Kindred firmly believes that mastering the banking process is essential to creating lasting wealth and avoiding the common financial pitfalls caused by a lack of understanding or mismanagement of banking components in personal and business finances.

When you work with Jim Kindred, you are benefiting from the ultimate assurance that your strategy is built on bedrock, not shifting sand.

Kristi Osmond

Chief Executive Princess

Kristi is Jim’s daughter and most would say she’s a chip off the ole block, or better yet, she’s Jim 2.0.  Raised by parents who were always investing in Real Estate, she grew up thinking Real Estate (with it’s residual income) was the best way to create lasting wealth.

As a young adult she ran a financial services business, got her Real Estate license, spent a small fortune taking classes and signing up with gurus to learn Real Estate investing tips.  As a result she met probably the most talented and creative Real Estate mogul who personally mentored her and groomed her to help him evaluate thousands of deals, while cherry picking deals to partner on.  She also taught Realtors to find deals for themselves and to “be their own best client” working with Realtors and those in the Real Estate indusrty from the west coast to the east.  in short, she learned to recognize and evalute deals and knows a good deal whien she sees it.

She enjoys helping businesses, individuals, and Real Estate investors to recognize and unlock the power of their personalizing strategies to grow and multiply each client’s assets, without requiring participation in the markets. She loves empowering individuals, families and businesses with creative, unique outside-the-box ideas and designs.

All of her past experience has uniquely qualifed and prepared her to better work with Replace Your Banker™ clients.  She has been personally implementing these strategies in her own life since 2003 and enjoys learning new ways to make plans even better!

She loves and accepts the challenge taught by Nelson Nash to explore “how can we make it better?”..

Shane Osmond

Director of Strategic In-Law Relations

Shane is proud to be a part of this organization.  As a matter of fact, you could say he is family.  Shane is the brother-in-law of Kristi.

Shane has earned his MBA degree and has put his knowledge to practice as a business owner.  He has also worked as a consultant, helping businesses become more profitable.  With his experience, he is able to relate to many and help design unique policies based on how clients wish to use them.  Shane enjoys talking with business owners, W2 employees, and others who are just looking for ways to make their money last longer.

Shane enjoys working and continuing to learn from Jim and Kristi on a daily basis.  He lives by what he preaches.  He loves the blessings his policies have been in his life, and he enjoys showing how these strategies can also bless others as well.  You don’t have to take market risk to get ahead in life.

Adam Edwards

Director of Financial Shenanigans

Adam Edwards resides in Southeastern Michigan…He is a husband and father of 4 children. His wife is a Pediatric Nurse at Michigan Medicine, and he works in the Financial Industry specializing in designing High Cash Value Insurance Policies. Adam also specializes in teaching individuals how to utilize a 1st Lien HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) to finance residential real estate. Properly designed policies and the HELOC strategy can work individually, or also can work very well together. In his experience, policies are the foundation…having a HELOC can help create and maintain that foundation. Having Liquidity, Use, and Control is the goal.

Above all in the financial industry, is Infinite Banking Concepts. Adam’s motivation, and work is geared toward teaching individuals (W2 employees/small business owner’s) how to become their own banker by capturing as much of the money flowing to them as possible. He tends to hold to the teachings of Nelson Nash (The godfather of IBC) and since 2018, Adam has been consuming educational material, podcasts, seminars, getting licensed in many states, and most importantly putting IBC into practice in his own life. He started small like everyone else, but now prioritizes Policy Capitalization above ALL in his financial landscape. He believes this principle adheres to Nelson’s teaching of “Don’t be afraid to Capitalize”, and also is a means, to an end of one of Nelson’s other principles “Premiums and Income should Ultimately match”. Learning from Nelson’s 50+ years of passionate study of Economics, Banking, History, Governments, Classification, and seeing what has come to be because of mainstream thought on these matters, Adam’s takeaway is that just about everything in our current monetary system is completely backwards, and on purpose. Adam’s life work, moving forward is to reveal these truths to people.

He works many cases with Jim Kindred, who he believes is about as close to Nelson as you can get. There are many other advisors out there that he greatly respects, but in Adam’s opinion, Jim is one of the most knowledgeable advisors in this industry. Having met Nelson shortly after Becoming Your Own Banker was published in 2002, Jim began a 180 degree turn from the typical financial world into working with Nelson personally. Adam believes this is a substantial blessing for his clients to be working through, and with Jim. One of Jim’s qualities that Adam loves the most, is that he does not have “The Arrival Syndrome”, which is something he sees out there too much.

Donald (DJ) Pemberton

Chief AI Mischief Maker

DJ is a husband, father, firefighter/paramedic, and the family’s unofficial emergency hotline—both medical and emotional. He is known for running into burning buildings, fixing broken things, and occasionally breaking things while fixing them. Balance is important.

DJ is also a tech guy, a mediocre website developer, and a certified AI mischief maker—meaning he builds automations at 2 AM, forgets how they work by morning, and then spends the next three days reverse-engineering his own genius/chaos. If your system suddenly starts doing things it shouldn’t, DJ probably asked an AI to “improve” it.

He is the reason things sometimes don't work right, but also the reason they eventually kinda do.

When he’s not coding, crashing servers, or whisper-arguing with a chatbot, DJ enjoys strong coffee, questionable invention ideas, and muttering,

“It worked yesterday, I swear.”

Some pursue perfection—Donald pursues progress, duct tape, and a stable backup plan.
